The TriQuint TGA4811 is a DC to 60 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) that typically provides 15 dB small signal gain and input and output return loss of less than 10dB. Typical Noise Figure is 3.0 dB from 2 to 40 GHz. P1dB is 13 dBm.
The part is an excellent choice for test equipment, 40 Gb/s optical network applications and general wideband LNA and gain block applications.
The TGA4811 is 100% RF tested to ensure performance compliance. The part is lead-free and RoHS compliant. Samples are available upon request.
