Which Product Family?QUANTUM Tx™ is a family of highly-integrated modules for 2G, 3G and 4G applications. Our comprehensive line includes options for dual-band and quad-band, and supports key air interfaces, including 2G (GSM / GPRS / EDGE), 3G (WGPRS / WEDGE / WCDMA) and 4G (LTE). The latest additions to the QUANTUM Tx module family feature an ultra-small GSM core, which enables a 40% smaller footprint than the previous generation, delivering significant size reductions and greater platform flexibility across smartphones, feature phones and low-cost voice-only phones. TRITIUM™ is a family of highly-integrated modules for WCDMA / HSUPA and CDMA applications, each aligned with industry leading transceiver chipset vendors. Designed for use in 3G mobile phones, data cards and USB modems. Each model is optimized for use in a specific geographic frequency band allowing the 3G mobile device designer maximum flexibility. Each highly-integrated module contains a Tx input filter, a linear power amplifier, duplexer, and coupler. Specific models contain a power detector. TRITIUM Duo™ is a new family of PA-duplexer modules that offers a revolutionary integrated approach for 3G and 4G smartphones: each tiny module combines two band-specific power amplifiers (PAs) and duplexers, effectively replacing up to twelve discrete components. Our compact RF front-end solution offers mix-and-match dual band combinations across a similar footprint, giving mobile device manufacturers a flexible, high performance platform that speeds time to market. Available in popular global band combinations, the TRITIUM Duo™ is flexible enough to meet the mobile design challenges of today and tomorrow. TRIUMF™ TriQuint’s Next Generation TriQuint Unified Mobile Front-end (TRIUMF) product family will support protocols up to 4G in data-centric mobile devices that also offer traditional voice communication.
