Transimpedance Amplifiers

TriQuint's transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) are high-efficiency, die-level solutions that support key requirements for 40, 100 and next-generation 200/400 Gb/s optical networks. Our TIAs complement our industry-leading optical modulator drivers and meet varying gain and bandwidth requirements in 40 and 100 Gb/s optical systems. We offer limiting drivers and highly linear, high-efficiency amplifiers, and our linear TIAs comply with the OIF intradyne receiver multi-source agreement (MSA). Our product line serves both the transmit and receive portions of high-performance optical networks.
