QUANTUM Tx
Module™ is a family of highly-integrated modules for dual-band
and quad-band, GSM / GPRS (2G) and GSM / GPRS / EDGE (2.5G) applications, each
aligned with industry leading transceiver chipset vendors.
QUANTUM II Tx Module™ adds a multiport linear Antenna Switch enabling a
full GSM / GPRS / EDGE and WCDMA / HSUPA front end solution when used in conjunction
with our TRITIUM III PA-Duplexer Modules™.
TRITIUM PA-Duplexer
Module™ is a family of highly-integrated modules for WCDMA / HSUPA
and CDMA applications, each aligned with industry leading transceiver chipset
vendors. Designed for use in 3G mobile phones, data cards and USB modems.
Each model is optimized for use in a specific geographic frequency band
allowing the 3G mobile device designer maximum flexibility. Each
highly-integrated module contains a Tx input filter, a linear power amplifier,
duplexer, and coupler. Specific models contain a power detector.
TRITON PA Module™
is a family of highly-integrated power amplifier modules
designed for WCDMA / HSUPA applications and is aligned with an industry
leading transceiver chipset vendor. These products are designed for use in 3G
mobile phones, data cards and USB modems. The single band products are optimized
for use in a specific geographic frequency band, providing 3G mobile device
designers with maximum flexibility. Each highly integrated module features a
very-low profile 0.9 mm package and includes an internal coupler.
TRIUMF
TriQunit’s Next Generation TriQuint Unified Mobile Front-end (TRIUMF) product family will support protocols up to 4G in data-centric mobile devices that also offer traditional voice communication. This family of Broadband, Multi-Band / Multi-Mode hybrid Power Amplifier and Duplexer banks will offer many benefits:
- Multi-mode – GSM / GPRS / EDGE for voice / low-rate data with WCDMA / HSPA+ / LTE for high-speed data.
- Multi-band – Traditional quad-band GSM850 / 900 / DCS / PCS for GSM / GPRS / EDGE “unified” with options for bands 1 through 40 for worldwide WCDMA / HSPA+ / LTE.
- Reduced Size – A single converged PA module coupled with antenna switching, mode / band switch and duplexers reduces front-end board area.
- Battery Life – Electrical interfaces are optimized for maximum efficiency within the controlled environment of the modules in the TRIUMF architecture.
- Reduced Bill-of-Materials – Convergence of multiple separate PA modules into one, reduces inventory and centralizes sourcing with one preferred vendor, while cutting device assembly cost.
- Interoperability – Our modules are optimized for plug-and-play, aligned to industry leading silicon chip-set solutions.
- 4G – The TRIUMF Module family supports 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE).
