TRITIUM PA Duplexer Module™ Family

TRITIUM PA-Duplexer Module™ is a family of highly-integrated modules for WCDMA/HSUPA and CDMA applications, each aligned with industry leading tranceiver chipset vendors.

Designed for use in 3G Mobile Phones, Data-Cards and USB-Modems.

Each model is optimized for use in a specific geographic frequency band allowing the 3G Mobile Device designer maximum flexibility.

Each highly-integrated module contains a Tx input filter, a linear Power Amplifier, Duplexer, and Coupler. Specific models contain a power detector.
