Medical Insurance
Medical plans provide for prescription and vision coverage as well as medical services.

Flex Spending Account Plan
Employees can set aside up to $5,000 per account to cover qualified dependent care expenses or health care expenses not covered by insurance.
Short Term & Long Term Disability
Short Term Disability Insurance coverage provided at approximately 66 2/3% of base salary. Long Term Disability coverage provided at 66 2/3% of salary once Short Term Disability is exhausted.
EAP – Employee Assistance Program
Confidential counseling and referral program designed to help employees and their families deal with personal issues. The program provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, 365 days per year, as well as referral service for a variety of issues including financial, legal, child care.
Life, AD&D, and Business Travel Accident Insurance
Life and AD&D: Automatic coverage at 2 times annual salary.
Business Travel Insurance: Automatic coverage at 10 times annual salary.

Retirement and Financial Benefits
TriQuint’s 401(k) Plan
All contributions vest immediately. Employees can elect to contribute up to 75% of their salary, pre-tax. TriQuint will help grow your retirement savings by matching your contribution at 100% for the first 1% and 50% for the next 5% of base salary contributed into the plan.
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
The ESPP provides a convenient and practical means by which employees may participate in ownership of the Company by purchasing Company Stock at a discounted price.
Quarterly Profit Share
Profit sharing is paid quarterly to all regular employees, based on achievement of both corporate and divisional performance.
Time-Off Benefits
Full-time employees are offered 4 weeks of Paid Time-Off (PTO) per year.
Sabbatical
Additional days of Paid Time-Off are given when these anniversary service times are met:
• 5 years: 15 additional PTO days
• 10 years: 20 additional PTO days
• 15 years: 25 additional PTO days
• 20 years: 30 additional PTO days (and each subsequent 5th year)

More Benefits
Tuition Reimbursement
Employees are encouraged to continue their formal education. Tuition reimbursement, based on passing a class, is $5250 for a Bachelor’s Degree, $7500 for a Master’s Degree, and $10,000 for a PhD per calendar year.
