‘Green’ TriPower™ Delivers Record Efficiency

TriQuint’s new TriPower family of RF high-power transistors has dramatically improved 3G/4G wireless base station efficiency for reduced electricity costs and a smaller carbon footprint. TriPower devices, when used in a typical Doherty design, deliver a record 55% efficiency; other technologies’ efficiency approaches 42%.
