TriQuint and RichardsonRFPD Launch GaN Tech Resource

TriQuint is leading the way in GaN product innovation from DC-18 GHz including packaged transistors, amplifiers and switches. To further support the growing demand for GaN technology and technical insight, TriQuint and Richardson RFPD have launched a new technical resource, the TriQuint GaN Tech Hub. The GaN Tech Hub is also available in Chinese. This new resource features:
