TriQuint experts met with many customers, colleagues and visitors at European Microwave Week (EuMW) in Amsterdam. TriQuint presented papers and participated in a number of panels including the special 'Defence, Security & Space Forum,' which examined advances in TriQuint GaN and GaAs MMICs and packaging that can reduce size and weight while increasing power in next-generation radar systems. TriQuint also presented design tips and reviewed factors for success in competitive global defense markets. TriQuint released a dozen new products at EuMW including its GPS diplexers that reduce PCB space nearly 3x. TriQuint also showcased new packaged GaN transistors that can reduce amplifier size up to 50% and GaAs amplifiers ideal for multi-layer PCB designs.
