New Cost-Effective BTS RFIC Solutions

TriQuint has added a new member to its family of high-efficiency Darlington-pair cascadable gain block amplifiers that deliver cost-effective, broadband solutions for base transceiver station, repeater, CATV, SATV and defense / aerospace applications. Internally matched, these 50 Ohm devices offer a choice of 15 or 20dB gain and 29dBm OIP3 (DC-6 GHz); current consumption is low. They are offered in RoHS-compliant, industry-standard SOT-363 or SOT-89 packages. The new gain blocks also provide very robust Class 1C HBM ESD performance.
