BTS DVGAs Integrate Key Broadband Advantages

TriQuint's new family of broadband digital variable gain amplifiers (DVGAs) – TQM8M9075, TQM8M9076 and TQM8M9077 – feature high linearity over the entire gain control range. These new broadband (50-4000 MHz) low noise devices offer greater than 36dBm OIP3 while providing digital variable gain.
